I have been associated with EFU Life since 2005 after the completion of my B.com. I attended my first BDM in 2012 and continued striving for attending the MDRT. The completion of this year marks the 6 consecutive years of qualifying for the MDRT which is a great achievement for me. I have also been granted the Falcon Club Membership. I am one of the founding members of Falcon Club and have been attending all meetings of Falcon Club since 2018. The rich platform provided by EFU Life has offered me various opportunities to travel international destinations I had always dreamt of.
I thank Allah Almighty for the success I got throughout every stage. Moreover, my clients, colleagues and friends have been of immense help too.
The key ingredient to my success is determination and sincerity in all assignments and dealings. Great emphasis is laid these by my organization.

MY MOTIVATION

My family is the biggest asset for me as they are the driving force of my career. My father, Mr. Younis butt Sahb and our NSD Mr. Mustafa are my mentors. Company overseas convention & Annual sales conference held abroad make me highly motivated.

MY MESSAGE:

Selling Life Insurance is different from selling anything else since it is one of the most expensive things people buy but can’t see. You are selling trust, you are selling promises.

ME AND EFU LIFE:

My name is Ajeet Kumar and I did my Bachlors in Engineering from Nawab Shah in 1989 after which, I was on the lookout for a viable and sustainable employment opportunity. I started my career as a cloth merchant at Daharki and In 1995 I visited Ghotki for the expansion of our cloth business. Amidst my travel, I came across an employment insert that mentioned a vacancy at State Life Insurance Pakistan for sales representatives. I was eager to explore this career path and applied for the vacancy and was eventually selected. I availed this opportunity and joined State life insurance, where I was able to earn the title of ‘Top Sales Representative’ and was promoted to ‘Sales Officer’ with the first 3 months of my joining.
In 1996, while I was pretty happy with my job at State Life, I came across one of my friends who was then working for Engro Chemicals Daharki. He applauded my decision of joining the insurance industry and mentioned EFU Life as one of the leading insurance institutes. He narrated me an unfortunate incident where an employee at Engro succumbed to his injuries during an accident on the field but his claim was settled very promptly by EFU Life which proved to be of immense help to the deceased’s family.
I was very optimistic about joining an organization that is very prompt in addressing client claims and visited EFU Life. Back then, EFU Life was only operational in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. I demonstrated my interest in Joining EFU Life and I was offered a position instantly.
Life at EFU life has been full of adventures where I take pride in being a part of it. Since my joining in September 1996, I had qualified for BDM numerous times & achieved most of targets required for attending Overseas Conventions and MDRT.
Working for EFU Life has provided me an opportunity to travel world destinations till date. To name a few, I had travelled to countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Hong kong, Singapore, Kenya, Egypt, Turkey, London United Kingdom, Canada, United arab Emirates , Australia , Azar baijan , United States Of America & many more. While working for this organization, I feel that there is no boundaries or limits. One performs to his fullest while EFU Life compensates to the next degree.

I joined EFU Life in January 2011. I got my first promotion as SESC in 2012 and served this capacity successfully till 2013.
In 2014 I had qualified for the position of Business Development Manager and with persistent efforts I was promoted as Executive Business Development Manager in 2015. Furthermore, I was provided a rich opportunity of attending International conference in Bangkok & Malaysia. By 2017 I was provided a company maintained Car and I had also participated in the Annual Sales Conference which was a worth experiencing event to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of EFU Life.
Since 2018 I have qualified for MDRT and look forward to availing the Diamond Club Membership.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

I am a people person and I have further capitalized on this and utilized my skills to enhance my career. My vast social network keeps me updated with the latest trends and happenings and also provide me an opportunity to travel destinations in groups.

My motivation

One of the many things which highly motivate me to work with EFU Life is the fact that it is a platform which provides financial assistance to those families who are in dire need of it. Respect, satisfaction & adequate Income are also a few of the many motivations I find at EFU Life.

ME AND EFU LIFE:

I am from KOTLI – AZAD KASHMIR and after the successful completion of my HSC – Intermediate I had assisted my family in their business of medical supplies and provisions.
However, Mr. Adnan Nisar (SUM – EFU life) made me realize the potential in the insurance industry and my capability for the same. I had Joined EFU LIFE with full devotion and successfully managed a client base of Rs.6 Million in mere 2 months. My next target is to qualify for the Diamond Club membership and become eligible for being provided with a company maintained car.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

Snooker has been my favorite sport since a very long time. My performance in this sport has earned me the title of ‘Inter District Champion’ numerous times

My motivation

I look up to my seniors and managers and tend to follow them. They have acted as a torchbearer for everyone around them. Participation in the MDRT, one of the most prestigious conferences has given me the motivation to stay committed to work.
