ME AND EFU LIFE:

I had completed my Graduation in commerce from University of Karachi in 2006. After my graduation I had pursued my Diploma in Business Administration to enhance my Business management skills. In 2006, I started working for a security company as a stock trader because of which my interest developed towards financial markets and I got a chance to work for ABN AMRO BANK in consumer sales which gave me an opportunity to learn the art of selling. While working in ABN AMRO a department was introduced, and was named as wealth management department in which Life insurance was introduced in the banking sector. This initiative turned my career path towards Life Insurance Industry. In July 2008 I started working as a Sales Consultant in the leadership of Mr. Nasir Rasheed Bhatti. Working for life insurance industry turned my life and finally I got a career path in which I can fulfil my dreams to become financially stable. After working hard for many years I finally got my first promotion as a Senior Sales Consultant in the year 2013 and after exactly a year I got promoted as Business Development Manager with a step into Falcon Club and now ALHAMDULILLAH I am working as an Executive Business Development Manager in Karachi Royal Branch and looking forward to steer my may into the Diamond Club.

I started my career as a Banker OG-III National Bank of Pakistan in 2002 and Served there more than 10 years. I wanted to join an organization that offered a conducive environment and a rewarding career. I joined the EFU Life Assurance in September 2013 with the motivation and inspiration from Sir Shahid Mehmood Awan, SBM, who possesses a fine personality and great motivation skills. It was a result of his motivation that I chose EFU Life Assurance to excel in my life and achieve my goals. From day one, he believed that one day I will be a top consultant of EFU Life, hence under his guidance and leadership and with the grace of Almighty Allah I finally achieved this milestone. ME AND EFU LIFE:

My Name is Sham Kumar and I am a proud part of EFU Life. I had completed my graduation in 2003 and then started running my own medical store. Despite a stable occupation, I was not very pleased and satisfied and was motivated by my childhood friend Mr. Kantesh Kumar to join EFU Life. Initially, the distance to success seemed quite far but the supportive culture promoted within EFU Life helped me shorten the distance very soon. I consider myself lucky to have a supervisor like Mr. Jagdeesh Kumar who had managed my progress at every step.

In the first year of my joining I Achieved BDM and later EBDM and also attended the annual conference in Bangkok.

I am a very People’s person who is always on the quest to make new friends who share similar interests and hobbies.
Hence, I have too many friends from diverse professions and it is exciting to see them place trust in you ever and befriend you once you prove to be a reliable and dependable relationship manager.
